Refund policy

Considered with care, handled with softness.

Every object we offer has been thoughtfully chosen - many are handcrafted in small batches or limited quantities, made to be lived with and treasured over time.

We hope you will be completely happy with your order. If something is not right, the following policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an eligible return. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the item back. For us to complete the returns, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any packaging or tags.

Please note:

  • Discounted or promotional items are final sale
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured service. We cannot accept responsibility for a return that is lost or damaged before it reaches us.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item or evidence that it has been returned, whichever is earlier. Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

If Something Isn't Right If you receive an item you believe is damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We'll take a careful look and do what we can to make it right for you.

The Nature of Handmade Many of our pieces carry the quiet marks of human craft - a brushstroke, a subtle variation in glaze, a gentle irregularity. These are not faults but traces of the maker's hand, and we consider them part of what makes each object singular.

We encourage you to read product descriptions and care instructions carefully. We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care guidance.

May your home be filled with objects that hold meaning, and moments that hold softness.
